Pool Screen Repair in
Kissimmee, Florida
About forty minutes south of us. We rescreen pool cages and lanais across Kissimmee with heavy-duty Phifer fiberglass, no-see-um, pet-resistant or solar mesh — and we look at the frame before we quote the screen.

Screen enclosures in Kissimmee
Kissimmee has a very high concentration of short-term rental homes, and a rental cage lives a harder life than a family one. More people through the door, more furniture dragged about, and damage that goes unreported until a guest complains about it. Owners here often need a fast turnaround between bookings rather than the cheapest possible price, and it is worth saying so when you call so we schedule it properly.
What the housing here means for your cage
Much of the vacation-rental stock is 2000s and 2010s construction with large enclosures, and a fair number are two storey over a screened pool deck. Height changes the price materially, because the upper panels need different access, so we measure rather than estimate from a photograph. Buenaventura Lakes and the older residential streets are a separate proposition, with smaller cages and more corrosion.

Permits for Kissimmee go through the City of Kissimmee building department, or Osceola County for unincorporated addresses. Replacing screen in an unchanged frame is normally maintenance rather than permitted work, while structural changes generally are not — confirm with them before work starts, and we can tell you who to call. Learn moreKissimmee questions we get asked
Can you work around my rental bookings?
Yes, and it is worth telling us the gap you have when you call rather than after we have quoted. Most cages are a single day, so a changeover window is usually enough if we know about it in advance.
Why does a two-storey enclosure cost more to rescreen?
The upper panels need different access and take longer per panel, so the panel price on those sections is higher. The lower panels are charged the same as anywhere. We count them separately and show you the split.
Do I need a permit for a rescreen in Kissimmee?
For a straight rescreen in an unchanged frame, normally no. New enclosures and structural changes do, through the City of Kissimmee or Osceola County depending on your address.
