What happens at a free estimate

Someone comes out, walks the whole structure, counts the panels and looks at the frame — not just the screen. You get a written price that does not move, and if the cheaper option is the right one for you, we will say so.

There is no charge and no obligation. We do not do high-pressure closing, and we do not quote a range and firm it up later.

Useful things to have ready

• Roughly how many panels are affected, or photographs showing the whole cage
• Whether the screen tears when you press a thumb into it in several places
• Anything that has changed about the frame — a door that stopped latching, a bow in an upright, rust staining running down from a joint
• Any paperwork from previous repairs, which tells us what has already been done
• Roughly when the enclosure was built — often the best single predictor of what we will find

When we answer

Phones are answered 24/7. The office runs Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm and Friday 9am–3pm. Storm damage is the one thing we will always try to get to quickly, because an open cage gets worse rather than better.
