At the door, yes. If they are coming through the screen itself you need finer no-see-um mesh — standard fiberglass will not stop them. We check which it is before quoting.
Almost always. The exception is a door that has warped or dropped badly enough that the gap varies along its length; that needs the door sorted first, which we can do at the same time.
