Pool Screen Repair in
Winter Garden, Florida
Roughly fifty minutes west of the shop. We rescreen pool cages and lanais across Winter Garden with heavy-duty Phifer fiberglass, no-see-um, pet-resistant or solar mesh — and we look at the frame before we quote the screen.

Screen enclosures in Winter Garden
Winter Garden and the Horizon West growth around it is some of the newest housing we serve, and the enclosures reflect that — larger, taller, and frequently screening a pool, a spa and a covered outdoor kitchen under one structure. The complication is not age, it is geometry. Multi-level roofs with several different panel sizes take longer to rescreen than a simple rectangular cage of the same footprint, and any quote that does not account for that is going to move.
What the housing here means for your cage
Independence and Stoneybrook West cages are generally 2000s or later and structurally sound, so most Winter Garden work is straightforward screen replacement rather than restoration. Where we do find problems it is usually at the seams between roof sections on the more elaborate structures.

Permits for Winter Garden go through the City of Winter Garden building department. Replacing screen in an unchanged frame is normally maintenance rather than permitted work, while structural changes generally are not — confirm with them before work starts, and we can tell you who to call. Learn moreWinter Garden questions we get asked
Why does my Winter Garden quote take longer than the cage size suggests?
Geometry rather than footprint. Horizon West and Independence enclosures often have multi-level roofs and several panel sizes in one structure, and that takes materially longer to rescreen than a simple rectangular cage covering the same area.
My enclosure is only ten years old. Why is it failing?
On newer Winter Garden structures the problem is usually the seams between roof sections rather than the mesh reaching age. That is a targeted repair, not a full rescreen, and we would rather do the smaller job.
Do you screen outdoor kitchens and multi-level structures?
Yes, and they are common in Horizon West. Multiple roof levels and mixed panel sizes take longer than the footprint suggests, which is exactly why we quote them on site rather than by area.
